The shower knobs need clearer instructions!!! I struggled with lighting options in the room—more lamps are definitely needed!!! Also, better signage for the building entrance would make arriving much easier!!!

My stay was wonderful due to the convenient direct connection to the airport and the exceptional staff who were friendly and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at the bar, especially the charcuterie board, which was artfully presented.

that hotel was a complete disaster. the shower pipes screamed like banshees, and the bathroom doors didn’t even lock. so very convenient right? no pool available when we wanted to swim, and a mere $25 discount just doesn't cut it, i expected at least some compensation for my troubles, but clearly, they don’t care about comfort. just couldn’t give a good review.

The location was perfect for our late-night arrival, being just a quick two-minute stroll to the terminal. Our Queen Room was spotlessly clean and modern, providing a comfortable and quiet night’s sleep, even facing the runway. Plus, the pizza from the little restaurant was a delightful surprise and quite tasty.
The staff could be more friendly, as we faced a lack of genuine smiles during our stay.

the beds here are the best I've encountered in Canada, and the ability to easily stroll over to the airport via a covered skywalk really makes it stand out for weekend travelers like me who value convenience and comfort.

The room felt massive with high ceilings, creating an open atmosphere that was refreshing. I appreciated how quiet it was, as I didn't hear any noise from the airport or other guests during my stay. The access to the airport via a covered walkway was incredibly convenient, allowing for easy late-night arrivals and departures.
The wi-fi could definitely use improvement, as it was slow and affected my ability to work during my stay.
